Large Timber Patio Deck in Sevenoaks Garden

This timber decking project required a substantial amount of site excavation - which was carried out by Top Deck Decking Ltd staff.

The excavated soil/debris needed 3 'Grab Lorries' to cart away (42 cu m).

The upper garden area was stripped of the old decrepit lawn, and then levelled and prepared to take the new turf lawn. The turf was fine quality Q-Lawn™.

Concrete foundations were then constructed to take a new retaining wall. The wall included for 2 sets of steps for upper garden access from the timber deck.

The deck joists were set in place - set in concrete - and decking commenced.

Finishing the decking project included a safety balustrade with gates for child protection.

The whole project was carried out with Top Deck Decking Ltd staff. No sub-contractors are used. This way we ensure that all work is carried out the the exacting standards of  Top Deck Decking Ltd
