An old split-level patio converted into continuous-surface deck with safety balustrades added. Old steps were removed and replaced by 'user-friendly' purpose-made staircase to lower garden.
The decking was built to a polygon shape to take in the curve of the old hidden
patio area. The deck allowed for a single level seating dining area with steps
down to garden.
Treated decking timbers were used throughout for this raised decking project.
This Sevenoaks patio and garden was converted
into a very usable recreation area with the provision of our softwood timber
