A Raised Deck in Sevenoaks
   

A raised deck was incorporated into this scheme, to overcome the problem of too many levels - with steps intruding onto the small patio. The deck proved to be the answer to the problem of dangerous steps and a  restricted patio area. The problem was solved by building the deck up to a height that was level with the raised door sill.

The old sunken patio - steps down from both doors at Sevenoaks. Decking was the ideal solution to overcome the problems posed in this area. the deck was raised over the old sunken patio area.

Raised Patio Deck in progress - Decking Timber is all tanalised softwood and guaranteed for 15 years against rot. The raised Decking bought the usable surface up to a single level for easy access to and from house. This is truly an outdoor room.
